Samsung S8500 Wave- First device with Bada OS and TouchWiz UI

Like other Samsung’s devices, the new Samsung S8500 Wave has got lots of amazing features and connectivity tools. However, it is considered to be the first and ever made device that uses open-source Samsung’s Bada OS. On the front panel, it sports a bright and vivid 3.3-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with Accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate.

Being a touchscreen device, it offers quick access to its functions which can be touch and operate its functions from the fingertips. The device is also available in two variants including internal memory of 2GB or 8GB. It uses the latest DNSe (Digital Natural Sound Engine) technology to give superb sound output. The music player plays all common audio files. Inclusion of stereo FM radio with RDS also offers you to tune into your favourite radio stations on the move.

The Samsung S8500 Wave has been also equipped with a great 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, geo-tagging, blink and smile detection to take high-quality features. It is also possible to have real-time video calls. Assisted GPS support allows navigate any desirable locations during the journey. What’s more, it offers high-speed web browsing option thanks to the latest HSDPA 7.2Mbps technology.
